Finding your position sometimes takes a few nights.
Start by placing Axis so that the neck is supported by the intended support zone, without forcing the head forward or backward. Adjust your position and listen to your comfort.
A new sensation is possible at first. It does not mean you have to put up with pain. In case of significant or persistent discomfort, stop using the pillow and seek advice from a healthcare professional if necessary.

It was designed primarily for back and side sleeping. The feel also depends on your build, your mattress and your habits. If you mainly sleep on your stomach, this shape may not suit you.
Axis favours a feeling of structured support. If you are looking for a very soft, enveloping pillow, its feel may surprise you.

Yes. You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, without having to give a reason. In the case of ordinary withdrawal, return shipping costs are at your expense. Full conditions are detailed on the “Shipping and returns” page and in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
